MANTIS ATTENDS ARTERY–FARADAY TRAINING OF TRAINERS WORKSHOP: STRENGTHENING CONNECTIONS BETWEEN INDUSTRY AND SEMICONDUCTOR TECHNOLOGY EDUCATION

On October 30, 2026, the ARTERY–FARADAY Training of Trainers workshop on 32-bit Microcontroller technology was held at Faraday Technology Vietnam’s office in Ho Chi Minh City. The event was attended by the Standing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Semiconductor Industry Association (HSIA), including MSc. Le Huynh Lan – CEO of Mantis Group Joint Stock Company and Vice Chairman of HSIA.
The workshop served as a practical platform for connecting technology enterprises, industry associations, and educational institutions. It contributed to promoting knowledge transfer, developing skilled human resources, and strengthening Vietnam’s semiconductor industry ecosystem.
1. ARTERY–FARADAY Training of Trainers: Bridging Industrial Knowledge and Practical Education
The workshop was jointly organized by Faraday Technology Vietnam, ARTERY, the University of Science – Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City (HCMUS), the Ho Chi Minh City Semiconductor Industry Association (HSIA), and the ARTSeMiG Alliance.
The program focused on the ARTERY AT32 32-bit microcontroller platform, providing lecturers, engineers, and researchers with opportunities to enhance their technical knowledge and exchange practical insights into microelectronics, embedded systems, and semiconductor technology.
Under the guidance of Mr. Lap Dang – Chief AISW Engineer at Faraday–ARTERY Vietnam, the training combined technical presentations, interactive discussions, and hands-on experience with MCU development boards.
Through this practice-oriented training approach, the workshop helped bridge the gap between academic knowledge and the practical requirements of industrial applications.
2. Strengthening Support for Semiconductor Education and Research
One of the highlights of the program was the donation of MCU development boards by Faraday and ARTERY to support teaching, hands-on training, and research activities at HCMUS laboratories.
These development boards are intended to facilitate technical education, scientific research, and student project implementation, providing learners with greater opportunities to gain practical experience with microcontroller technologies.
This initiative also highlights the importance of collaboration between businesses and educational institutions in developing a workforce equipped with professional knowledge, practical skills, and the ability to adapt to the evolving semiconductor industry.
3. HSIA’s Role in Connecting the Semiconductor Industry Ecosystem

As an organization connecting stakeholders in the integrated circuit and semiconductor sectors, the Ho Chi Minh City Semiconductor Industry Association (HSIA) continues to promote collaboration among enterprises, educational institutions, experts, and research organizations.
The participation of HSIA’s Standing Committee in the ARTERY–FARADAY Training of Trainers workshop reflects the Association’s commitment to supporting educational initiatives, knowledge sharing, and human resource development for Vietnam’s semiconductor industry.
Notably, MSc. Le Huynh Lan – CEO of Mantis Group Joint Stock Company and Vice Chairman of HSIA – attended the program alongside other members of the Standing Committee, contributing to strengthening the Association’s engagement in collaborative activities between industry and academia.
Through professional initiatives such as this workshop, HSIA continues to serve as a bridge for knowledge exchange, expanding partnership opportunities, and promoting technological development across the business and education communities.
4. Mantis Supports the Development of Vietnam’s Technology Ecosystem
For Mantis, participating in technology ecosystem networking activities provides valuable opportunities to expand partnerships, stay updated on industry trends, and strengthen exchanges with organizations, experts, and businesses in the technology sector.
As semiconductor technology, integrated circuits, and electronic systems play an increasingly important role in digital transformation, investment in knowledge, research capabilities, and human resource development has become essential to long-term growth.
Mantis believes that close collaboration among businesses, industry associations, and educational institutions will contribute to building a well-connected technology ecosystem, fostering innovation, and enhancing Vietnam’s competitiveness.
Connecting Knowledge – Driving Development – Creating Sustainable Technological Value.
Mantis would like to express its sincere appreciation to Faraday Technology Vietnam, ARTERY, HCMUS, HSIA, ARTSeMiG Alliance, and all participating organizations and individuals for contributing to this meaningful program and strengthening the connection between industry and education.
